A multi-state non-profit organization only lacked one end which was its HR issues. As soon as they contacted their CPA regarding increasing the costs of their medical plans, we received a call. Discussions were held at both ends to figure things out. Our PEO configured that the non-profit organization had purchased an online payroll system but had been unable to fully implement it. They were seeking solutions hands-on, utilizing their staff’s time, ignorant to the fact that these needs could and needed to be addressed holistically.
Our PEO partners presented a competitive plan for medical benefits. Expert advice was also offered to the organization in terms of the implementation of the payroll system in its entirety. As they were able to discover compliance issues the organization was oblivious to, the PEO also extended guidance on how to reach a viable resolution for all the issues. Our PEO was able to practically demonstrate the ability to cater to their HR needs and deliver priceless, strategic advice and expertise on all their issues pertaining to HR.
The PEO’s ability to address the initial challenges presented by the organization was addressed to the fullest, which not only included the key factor of undermining a more viable medical plan but also catering to the payroll and compliance issues. This was an impressive move and convinced the non-profit organization to delegate their HR-related tasks to the PEO in order to avail a holistic approach towards benefits, risk management, and HR.
